From the early start of our process to the point we closed the deal on our new home in Winnipeg we have set requirements and demands for their schedules. The drama of finding this home went as far as making changes to our demands three times. All through out these changes Sandra & Tori constantly deliver the answer to our demands, they even went an extra mile of booking additional homes to visit other than what we asked for. Most notably among these deliveries we requested are all in short notices, as far as our record is concerned a 30 minute deadline given to them to secure an approval and inspect a property due to our right schedule was remarkable. Responsiveness- Nothing could beat Sandra & Tori on these matters. There were times that I would send a message to them past 10pm or as early a 6am and yet they were there to acknowledge. They are in Winnipeg working for us while we aer 735km away from Winnipeg. Buying a property in Winnipeg is the most stressful experience we have but our life became less stressful because these two ladies respond right away to the demands of the process while meeting deadlines of the requirements. All through out the entire process from the scouting the home to closure. Sandra & Tori maintained the highest integrity and level of professionalism. Never in the entire process did they intimidate or force us to make a decision, they patiently assisted us to find the right home we deserved within a month period. Sandra & Tori have different expertise. Combining the two (skills, knowledge, and experience) are hard to beat. Sandra has the technical knowledge of the house, from structure to finishing. She has contact to professional individuals offering service related to real property business. In one occasion we were about to close on a property but due to some doubt we changed our minds. However, in the course of the decision she recommended to have the service of her known architectural engineer to inspect the house. For us, seldom you can find a Realtor who has her technical known how and connections. Would you recommend them to other buyers or sellers? The answer is a BIG YES, no doubt. They are rare to find and their service is the best and world class.
